Business Development Representative

SUMMARY

Our Sales Team is looking for creative, fearless, and intelligent people ready to separate themselves from the crowd. We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive business with both new and existing customers. This is a key role within the Integra sales organization which will help us capture part of a market expecting to grow by 900% in the next five years. This position will work very closely with Marketing, Engineering, Sales Operations and the outside sales teams to follow up on campaigns and drive incremental revenue growth. In addition, the BDR will use analytics, productivity tools, CRM tools and other sales enablement tools to make all necessary adjustments while executing on the sales plan. This position reports directly to the Business Development Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

This position provides critical linkage between inside sales, outside sales, and marketing teams. The Business Development Representative will utilize our CRM system, marketing campaigns and other prospecting tools to drive both new and existing business. The duties for this position will include:

  • Employ best practice approaches to selling Integra products and services, generating leads, and following up on marketing campaigns.
  • Will effectively manage a lead from the prospect stage up until the account has grown to full-time sales support
  • Promote and track the cross-sell of all Integra products into all customers.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with Integra Optics’ values.
  • Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales team and recruitment in accomplishing company goals.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and the Product Development Manager to address contract renewals, pricing and trade agreements.
  • Field questions from customers and prospects on product functionality, availability, and pricing.
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.

Account Manager- Integra LED

SUMMARY

The Account Manager directly reports to the IntegraLED Sales Manager and is tasked with selling IntegraLED’s LED lighting solutions to a targeted customer base. The Account Manager will be responsible for all sales activities related to meeting and exceeding pre-determined sales goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Cold calling new prospects and responding to incoming leads
  • Work directly with IntegraLED clients throughout the sales process
  • Proposal creation, presentation, account documentation and assigned follow-up
  • Support marketing initiatives
  • Interface with IntegraLED operational staff and management team
  • Maintain company CRM (currently Salesforce) information
  • Handle inbound calls and support issues as they relate to the sales process

Sales Engineer

SUMMARY

Integra Optics is looking for Sales Engineers (SEs) in the Midwest. SEs are the primary technical resource for the field sales force, and are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team and Engineering. SEs serve as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. SEs must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. The SE must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process, and establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Ability to assist the client’s sales team with technical sales activities for new and existing opportunities.
  • Duties will include product demonstrations, answering technical questions, contributing to proposals, and analyzing client needs to provide technical solutions in a pre-sales technical role.
  • Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs and have the ability to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.

  • Developing support material for other Sales Team members as well as Inside Engineering.
  • Attending and participating in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Working with engineering team to ensure development schedules and deliverables are met.

Account Executive

SUMMARY

Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close. Develops and implements agreed upon plan which will meet both personal and company goals of expanding customer base. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

  • Develops and implements strategic and tactical sales strategy to meet objectives and increase market share and profitability of products and services.

Operations Leader, Latin America

SUMMARY

This position will work directly with the Latin American team, leading all operational activities that support the team’s sales efforts in Latin America. These activities include marketing support, sales support, engineering support, and logistics support. The position will be based in Integra’s Latham, New York Headquarters, but international travel and direct customer support will also be a key requirement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Acts as liaison between the International Sales Leader and Sales Team and all Latham, NY based functional area leaders.
  • Keeps the Latin American Team informed of product changes, new products, marketing efforts, best practices, any situations that could affect our customers, process improvements, and generally acts as the Team’s connections to our corporate offices.
  • Works with the Latham team to share and build the Global Vision of the LatAm team.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • No supervisory responsibilities at this time, but it is anticipated that this role will evolve and increase. Supervisory skills will be a future requirement of the role.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in web content management, automated marketing, and basic web site management experience.

The Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) is responsible implementing the brand and product messages for all aspects of the Integra Optics’ online presence. The DMS is responsible for crafting page content updates, site promotions, email promotions, and online outreach campaigns. The DMS works closely with technical, business development, and marketing members of our organization, so strong communication skills are needed. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing online marketing and outreach campaigns. Tasks require writing and editing proficiency, strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Web and E-Marketing
    • Daily web content updates for a suite of domestic and foreign web sites. HTML, Magento and WordPress content management systems.
    • Performs day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, automated marketing email campaign set-up (HubSpot experience strongly preferred but fluency with similar software acceptable), scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of campaigns.
    • Effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
    • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Strengthen our brand presence online with smart SEO practices
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required.
    • Stay abreast of and recommends email marketing best practices with coding, design and testing of email campaigns.
  • Social Media and Web Content
    • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different B2B scenarios
    • Knowledge of blogging ecosystem relevant to B2B marketing

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • None at this time but the potential for growth within the management team is possible for the right candidate

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience managing automated marketing campaigns, content and production for high traffic websites
  • Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in content management for domestic and international web sites is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and competence with WordPress is required.
  • Hands-on experience and high proficiency with Content Management Systems, HubSpot is a plus
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop skills
  • SEO, SEM, SMM, Web Analytics, Reporting and CRM experience is desired
  • Proven knowledge of Internet technologies and IT trends is required
  • Adept knowledge with various forms of social media mediums is required
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

International Operations Leader

SUMMARY

This position will work directly with the Latin American team, leading all operational activities that support the team’s sales efforts in Latin America. These activities include marketing support, sales support, engineering support, and logistics support. The position will be based in Integra’s Latham, New York Headquarters, but international travel and direct customer support will also be a key requirement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Acts as liaison between the International Sales Leader and Sales Team and all Latham, NY based functional area leaders.
  • Keeps the Latin American Team informed of product changes, new products, marketing efforts, best practices, any situations that could affect our customers, process improvements, and generally acts as the Team’s connections to our corporate offices.
  • Works with the Latham team to share and build the Global Vision of the LatAm team.

SUMMARY

Integra Optics is looking for Sales Engineers throughout the US and Canada. Current vacancies exist in Albany, NY, Austin, TX, Denver, CO, Washington, DC and Toronto, Canada. Sales Engineers are the primary technical resource for the field sales force. Sales Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team and Engineering as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. The Sales Engineer must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
