Armstrong (Altice USA) 

Armstrong is one of Integra’s oldest customers with a long tradition of partnering closely as a way to move our business’ forward.

One of the first examples of this is Armstrong’s willingness to help develop what is now the SmartCoder.  Armstrong has the very first SmartCoder with serial No. 1.

Most recently they partnered with us in their lab to standardize on a GPON platform going forward and as a result we have received two orders totally over 1,500 GPON optics with more expected to come.  Armstrong has already exceed the anticipated annual revenue target.  Great work Christine!

Charter & Cox Communications

Back on top!  2018 is off to a great start with our two largest customers hitting their revenue goals for January.  We are seeing the revenue diversification that is critical to growing these accounts. Cox is now buying 100G optics for their core where we traditionally were only seeing revenue from Cox Business access. Charter is now sending orders for their Voice technologies group and we expect the same from                                                      the Charter Video & Wireless divisions. Nice work Lisa, Stacey & Bob!

Fibre Noire

Once an exclusive customer of a regional optical provider in Montreal, Fibre Noire is now using Integra as their main provider due to our availability and consistent engineering support. In fact, we are also their sole supplier of CWDM, mux/demux, and fiber jumpers. We are now in the process of agreeing to an MSA for 2018 and beyond. The upcoming year will hopefully be an exciting one for our partnership!

 WOW! (Wide Open West)

There are many reasons why our customers initially buy from us, but for WOW!, our post-sales and engineering support keeps them buying our 100G CFP optics despite some recent challenges.  How we handle a situation allows us to rise above and differentiate us from the competition.

Jaguar Communications

Even small regional companies are willing to pay a premium for the value Integra Optics brings to support their PON and FTTx initiatives.  Quality, availability and service are the primary reasons Jaguar continues to pay a greater than 10% premium to buy from us.
