A: As the Manager of Sales Operations here at Integra Optics my team and I strive to provide the best customer experience. “Constant improvement” is our moto. We look for ways that Integra can improve our processes and add new resources. To accomplish this requires teamwork…I help to coordinate projects between all departments, to ensure our customer’s experience is positive, personal and first-class! Q: How long have you been with Integra? A: I have been with Integra for over three years now and it amazes me to see how much we have grown! Q: What is your favorite app to use and why? A: I would be lost without my calendar app! Between coordinating my work day and planning for weekend sports tournaments for my kid, it really is a life savior! Q: If you could have dinner with anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be? A: My grandfather. I was only six when he passed away and I would love to have known him! Q: What excites you most about where the industry is headed? A: As the growth in the technology industry continues, we have an amazing opportunity to use the advances we make towards “good”. As one human team, I am hopeful and excited that we can work to solve more humanitarian and environmental problems.
