Tech Valley High School Foundation names Michael Bellini to Board of Directors

ALBANY, N.Y. (Tuesday, August 30, 2016 ) – The Board of Directors of Tech Valley High School Foundation voted unanimously to name Michael Bellini, Director of Sales for Integra Optics, to the Board.

Tech Valley High School depends on its connections in both the public and private sectors to provide its students with innovative educational experiences that help them develop the skills necessary for the 21st century workplace. Since the school’s inception in 2007, the Foundation has provided critical material and technical support, helping to foster the innovative student-centered education that engages students in current emerging technologies and supports the growth and economy of the region.

“On behalf of the students, faculty and staff, we are very pleased to welcome Michael to our Board of Directors,” said Dale Thuillez, Chairman and President of the Tech Valley High School Foundation Board. “Michael’s background in technology, relationships in the community and proven business leadership, will definitely serve Tech Valley High School’s mission well.”

Michael Bellini is a seasoned leader in the telecommunications, cable and energy industries. Before joining Integra Optics, he held similar positions at Windstream Communications, Verizon and GE Energy. He received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Aviation Science from St. Louis University and is a licensed Commercial Pilot. Mr. Bellini will serve a two year term on the Foundation Board.
