In the event you have a faulty part, our policy is to either ship an immediate replacement or a repaired original within 24 hours of receiving the faulty part. If a replacement order is shipped, as a result of the RMA, Integra will issue a corresponding invoice for the replacement product. Upon receipt of the failed part, Integra will promptly issue a credit memo for the replacement. If the faulty product is not returned to Integra Optics within 30 calendar days, you will be required to pay the replacement invoice.
