RMA (Return Material Authorization) and Warranty Integra Optics is committed to helping you turn up networks faster and keep them up and running. Should you need to return a part, please complete the following Return Material Authorization (RMA) form to initiate the process. In the event you have a faulty part, our policy is to either ship an immediate replacement or a repaired original within 24 hours of receiving the faulty part. If a replacement order is shipped, as a result of the RMA, Integra will issue a corresponding invoice for the replacement product. Upon receipt of the failed part, Integra will promptly issue a credit memo for the replacement. If the faulty product is not returned to Integra Optics within 30 calendar days, you will be required to pay the replacement invoice. More information on our Warranty policy is detailed below. Limited lifetime repair As part of our overall customer-centric approach, all Optical transceivers, Passives and Cabling are guaranteed by a limited lifetime repair and return (the “Product(s)”) warranty covering manufacturing defects. 2. Product Repair or Replacement For products which can be repaired and returned to service, we will begin the repair and qualification process during which you will receive updates on status. If the product is not repairable we will replace the item based on inspection. 3. Shipping Integra Optics will provide return shipping via standard ground service. 4. Nature of repair Integra Optics’ commitment to customer satisfaction ensures that all repairs are made as quickly as possible. Customers will receive a service report along with the RMA product that has been repaired, certified and returned to service. Test Equipment & Meters 1. One Year Repair As part of our overall customer-centric approach, all Test Equipment and Meters will include a one year repair and return warranty. 2. Product Repair or Replacement Returned Test Equipment and Meters will be inspected within 10 business days of receive date. For products which can be repaired and returned to service, we will begin the repair and qualification process during which you will receive updates on status.
